Promoters
Handing out samples, tastings, advice at the stand, gifts with purchase.
A campaign lives or dies on the people who stand in front of the shopper. Renta Staffing Agency places promotional staff in Yerevan – promoters, hosts, brand ambassadors and merchandisers, briefed and disciplined.

Finding people who can talk to a shopper – persuasive without pushing – is harder than it sounds.
Handing out samples, tastings, advice at the stand, gifts with purchase.
Registering guests, working the stand, supporting the presenter, bringing prizes and flowers out to the stage.
Handing out leaflets where the footfall is: shopping centres, shop entrances, the streets of Yerevan.
Putting stock out, keeping to the planogram, watching that the product is on the shelf.
We do not simply fill shifts. We plan the campaign, staff it, run it and report on it.
How they talk and how they look – both matter on a promotional stand.
Earlier campaigns, knowledge of the product, handling a crowd.
Before the event every person knows the task, the script and the rules.
A supervisor watches the work; after the shift comes a written report with photographs.
One-off campaigns, regular shifts in store, and urgent requests. The site and the flow of shoppers decide how many people go out.
| Arrangement | How it works | Hours |
|---|---|---|
| One-off campaign | A day or several shifts at one site | as required |
| Regular presence | Regular shifts in store, to a rota | by schedule |
| Event | Conference, exhibition, launch – a team for the whole thing | 1–3 days |
| Urgent request | A replacement, or more people, at short notice | 1–2 days |

Yerevan has a consumer market that keeps growing. New brands, shopping centres, exhibitions and city events keep the demand for promotional staff high. We pick people for the particular audience, the particular site and the particular task – and we hand you results you can measure.
A one-off job is not priced from a monthly salary. The format, the length of the shift and the number of staff decide the figure. We confirm the team and the price in writing before the date.
You describe the job and what matters to you. We ask about the requirements and terms.
We take the brief, sign the agreement and settle the fee. Your replacement guarantee starts here.
Within 3–5 days you receive profiles of three to five suitable candidates.
By phone, online or in person, whichever suits you.
If you wish, they work a few trial days before anything is settled.
Promotional work is billed differently. We draw up the agreement around your brief, and payment goes by bank transfer to the company. The price follows the campaign: the format, the number of people, the number of shifts. The placement fee set out above – 50 % of a month’s salary, six months, up to three free replacements – applies where you take a member of the promotional team onto your own payroll.
Yes, though a team usually works out better: one agreement and one supervisor cover several sites or shifts. We will suggest the right number for the job.
We arrange it through the agency’s partners – uniform made up, material printed. It is a separate line in the estimate, and it saves you finding contractors.
Interim and final reports with photographs and video, plus figures on how the campaign performed: contacts made, samples handed out, what shoppers said.
The supervisor checks attendance. If a person fails to appear we cover the shift with a replacement – that is our responsibility, not your problem.
Describe the format, the date, the site and the task. We will propose the staff and settle the details.
