The waiter arrives prepared and takes on the whole service – before the guests, through the evening and after they have gone.

A one-off job is not priced from a monthly salary. The format, the length of the shift and the number of staff decide the figure. We confirm the team and the price in writing before the date.

- The agreement is drawn up around your brief.
- Paid by bank transfer to the company account.
- If anyone does not turn up, we replace them within the same shift, at no extra cost.

What people ask most often
How many waiting staff does an event need?
For a seated banquet, reckon on one waiter to 10–15 guests. A standing reception needs fewer. We work out the exact number once we know the style of service, the guest list and the layout of the room.
How is the fee worked out?
For events we quote per booking: the format, the length of the shift and the number of staff decide the figure. We confirm the team and the price in writing before the date.
Do the staff have a uniform?
Yes. Proper uniform and a tidy appearance are a condition of the job, not a preference. If you have a dress code of your own for the event, tell us in advance.
How quickly can we book waiting staff?
We can move fast, including at short notice. For anything large – a wedding, a conference – it is better to settle the team well ahead.
What if a waiter does not turn up?
We find a replacement straight away. That is our responsibility. Nobody running a wedding should be solving staffing problems on the day.
