Work in homes we have vetted
We place staff with families and companies, and we find work for household staff. A written agreement, hours agreed in advance, and the agency behind you.
Who we take on our books
We do not send inexperienced people to a client. Someone who cannot do the job causes a family more problems than they solve.
- Experience in the role, and a way for us to confirm it
- Passport, health certificate and criminal record certificate
- References from previous employers – we ring the referees ourselves
- Carers: a nursing qualification
- Governesses: a degree in education or psychology
- Care with other people’s things, punctuality, and respect for the family’s privacy
What you get
- Households and companies we have checked – the client is vetted too
- An agreement: your hours and your duties written down
- A standard working day of 6–8 hours, with overtime at an hourly rate
- The agency behind you for the whole term – awkward conversations are ours
- Our fee to you is 25 % of your first month’s salary, deducted once
