Who we place

Four roles, from a supplier dropping in to a state delegation

Meeting a supplier and looking after a foreign delegation are different jobs. We put the team together for the particular visit.

Host or reception assistant

Meets people at the door, takes them to the meeting room, offers drinks, makes the welcome feel meant.

Personal guide

Stays with a guest or a delegation for the whole visit: logistics, messages, whatever goes wrong. Where the visit calls for it, the same person drives.

Interpreter and guide

Language support and coordination of the visit in one person. Armenian, Russian, English.

Protocol assistant

For official delegations and senior visits: business etiquette, composure, high standards.

Duties

What is included

We cover the whole visit, from arrivals to the departure gate.

  • Meeting at Zvartnots airport, the railway station or an agreed place
  • Transfer to the office, the hotel or the meeting
  • Someone with them throughout: the journeys, the transfers, the waiting around
  • Help with the hotel and with practical questions
  • Keeping the guest’s day running to schedule
  • Interpreting – Armenian, Russian, English
  • Knowing their way around Yerevan: restaurants, business centres, government offices
  • Announcing the guest at the office and taking them to the meeting
  • Arranging a coffee break, lunch or a business dinner
  • Assisting at the talks: papers, notes of what was agreed
  • Departure: transfer, check-in, settling the hotel bill
How we check a candidate

What we check

1

Appearance and speech

Bearing, clear speech, presence – we look at these in person.

2

Protocol

Business etiquette and how to behave around a senior guest.

3

Composure

Calm when something goes wrong, and no awkward silences.

4

Languages

We test the level separately, against the particular visit.

Yerevan and the rest of Armenia

Why this matters in Yerevan

Armenia draws foreign business, and Yerevan receives delegations from Europe, Asia, the United States and the former Soviet states. Most companies still hand the greeting to whoever happens to be free – an office manager, a colleague between tasks. Put someone unprepared in that moment and it turns awkward – when it should have made an impression.

Our fee

One payment, made when the agreement is signed

Our fee is 50 % of the employee’s monthly salary, split equally between the client and the employee.

Term of the agreementsix months
Free replacementsup to three

How the payment works

  • At signing the client pays their 25 %, and the employee’s 25 % in one go.
  • The employee then receives their first month’s salary minus that 25 %.
  • On a replacement the new employee pays us 25 %. For you the replacement is free.
  • A shorter agreement is possible; we discuss the terms case by case.

Questions

What people ask most often

Can we book someone for a single visit?

Yes, and it is the most common request. A single booking covers one date and one guest. We also place staff for visits of several days and for permanent reception work.

How fast can you find someone?

Normally 3–5 days. If a partner arrives tomorrow, say so when you write and we work faster.

Do we need a separate interpreter?

Not necessarily. An interpreter who also runs the visit covers the language and the logistics at once, which costs less than hiring two people.

What is your fee?

For a one-off event we quote against the brief: the format, the length and the standing of the guest all count. For permanent staff the usual arrangement applies: 50 % of the monthly salary, of which the client pays 25 %.

What about confidentiality?

What we learn about your guests, your partners and your talks stays inside the agency. For a protocol visit that is a condition, not a courtesy.
