Household staffing · Yerevan

A house in order –
on set days

The same work as our live-in housekeeper, on two or three days a week instead of five. A full-time member of staff is more than many families need: a reliable housekeeper who comes 1–3 times a week and gets through the list will do. Renta Staffing Agency places visiting housekeepers in Yerevan and across Armenia.

  • She comes on the days agreed, and she turns up
  • Documents checked, previous employers called, an assessment of character done
  • An agreement from day one, with the terms written down

Who it suits

When a visiting housekeeper is the right answer

A practical arrangement: the work gets done and nobody signs up for years.

A flat of ordinary size

Full-time staff would be too much – a regular clean on set days is enough.

No time left after work

Evenings and weekends come back, and the house stays in order.

A deep clean once a week

Windows, carpets, upholstery – on a set schedule or on request.

Trying it without tying yourself down

You can see how household help works before hiring anyone full-time.

Duties

What the visit covers

We agree the list in advance and write it into the agreement.

  • Routine cleaning of the rooms, the kitchen and the bathrooms
  • A deep clean, on a set schedule or when you ask for one
  • Windows washed, carpets and upholstery cleaned
  • Laundry, ironing and care of clothes
  • Clearing up after a party
  • Looking after the plants
  • Food and household shopping, by arrangement
  • Small errands about the house

Yerevan and the rest of Armenia

Why families in Yerevan are asking for this

Yerevan keeps a quicker pace than it used to. People guard their hours and still want the house warm and in order. Help a few days a week strikes the balance between comfort and cost. We set the days to suit you and put the terms in writing. The work is ours to answer for.

  • Our own register of candidates, with references we have taken up ourselves
  • First profiles within 3–5 days of signing
  • A replacement if the person is not right for you
  • Confidentiality at every stage of the search
  • Yerevan and the regions of Armenia

Our fee is 50 % of the employee’s monthly salary, split equally between the client and the employee.

How the payment works

  • At signing the client pays their 25 %, and the employee’s 25 % in one go.
  • The employee then receives their first month’s salary minus that 25 %.
  • On a replacement the new employee pays us 25 %. For you the replacement is free.
  • A shorter agreement is possible; we discuss the terms case by case.

Questions

What people ask most often

What does a visiting housekeeper cost in Yerevan?

It depends on the floor area, how often she comes and what is on the list: a routine clean costs less than a deep clean with the windows and the carpets. Our fee is 50 % of one month’s salary, of which the client pays 25 %. We will give you figures after a short conversation about the flat and the days.

Why not simply answer an advert?

Finding someone yourself carries four risks: poor work, with ruined fabric or a broken machine and no one to claim against; someone who stops turning up without a word; no check on documents or references; and nothing in writing. The agency takes those risks off you and answers for the work.

How often can she come?

From once a week to three times. One-off visits are possible too – a deep clean, or clearing up after an event. We agree the days in advance and write them into the agreement.

What if she falls ill?

We tell you in advance about any change to the days and find a replacement quickly. While the agreement runs, replacements are free – up to three of them.

Do we have to buy the cleaning products?

As a rule the client provides the products and the equipment, and she chooses the right product for each surface. If you would rather she bought them herself, that goes into the agreement separately.
