What we do
Renta Staffing Agency places household and office staff. We have worked in Yerevan and across Armenia since 2017, and in that time we have helped hundreds of families find someone they can rely on.
We place nannies, housekeepers, housemaids, carers, private chefs, drivers, assistants and staff for events. Private residences are a separate side of our work: large households where staff are expected to keep everything running quietly, day in and day out.
Alongside permanent placement we also supply staff on a contract basis, and take on payroll and outsourced roles. Promotions and merchandising run through Renta Outstaffing.
How we work
You describe the job. We agree the requirements, draw up the agreement and within 3–5 days send you profiles of three to five suitable candidates. You can interview by phone, online or in person, and arrange trial days if you would like them. Once your new member of staff starts, we stay in touch for the whole term of the agreement.
The agreement allows up to three free replacements. If the person is not right for you – the temperament, the hours, the standard of the work – we find someone else.
What we stand for
Checked before you see a profile
Documents first, then a call to the previous employer, then an interview in person. Carers must also hold a nursing qualification.
Matched to the household
We ask about the ages of the children, the rhythm of the house, temperament and habits. A CV carries almost none of that.
Confidentiality
Candidates learn what they need in order to do the job, and nothing beyond it. In private residences that is where we start, not an extra we add on.

We work across Armenia and know the local labour market. We also know what families here expect of the people who come into their homes.
