An assistant who does not
need telling twice

The head of a company is not the one who does everything. They are the one who builds a team – and the assistant is the first appointment in it. Renta Staffing Agency places executive assistants in Yerevan and across Armenia.

  • A good assistant gives the chief executive back two to four hours a day
  • The best assistants rarely have a CV in circulation
  • We stay with the appointment through the first 30–60 days

The assistants we place

The shape of the job depends on where the executive spends the working day, and on how far business and private matters run together.

Business assistant

Office-based: the diary, follow-up on tasks, dealing with clients and suppliers, paperwork.

Personal assistant

Business and private errands together – from negotiations to tickets and household questions.

Remote assistant

For owners who work flexibly, or run a business away from an office.

Multilingual assistant

For companies with foreign partners and expatriate staff: Armenian, Russian, English.

Duties

What our candidates can do

We do not send round standard CVs. Each candidate is chosen for one particular executive – the pace, the manner, the priorities.

  • Running the diary and deciding what comes first
  • Business correspondence in Armenian, Russian and English
  • Arranging meetings, negotiations and trips away
  • Confident with office software and cloud services
  • Handling paperwork and filing
  • Business etiquette, and knowing what stays inside the room
  • Juggling several things at once, under pressure

Yerevan and the rest of Armenia

Why this matters in Yerevan

Business in Armenia has picked up sharply. International companies have opened offices in Yerevan, investors keep arriving, and local firms are growing. Finding an assistant through a friend of a friend no longer works – the job needs someone who can keep pace with a demanding chief executive.

  • Our own register of candidates, with references we have taken up ourselves
  • First profiles within 3–5 days of signing
  • A replacement if the person is not right for you
  • Confidentiality at every stage of the search

Free replacementsup to three

How the payment works

  • At signing the client pays their 25 %, and the employee’s 25 % in one go.
  • The employee then receives their first month’s salary minus that 25 %.
  • On a replacement the new employee pays us 25 %. For you the replacement is free.
  • A shorter agreement is possible; we discuss the terms case by case.

Questions

What people ask most often

How long does it take to find an assistant?

The brief takes about 30 minutes and the first profiles come in 3–5 days. A rare set of requirements – two languages, a driving licence, experience working for a chief executive – can stretch the search to ten days, and we say so at the start. You meet only the people who have already come through our assessment: testing, references and languages.

What is your fee?

50 % of the employee’s monthly salary: the client pays 25 %, the employee 25 %. A single payment, made when the agreement is signed. If the person does not work out within the guarantee period, we search again at no extra cost.

How does an executive assistant differ from an office manager?

An office manager looks after the office as a place and as a set of processes. An assistant works to one person: the diary, the priorities, the negotiations, the travel, and often the private errands as well. It is a position of trust rather than an administrative function.

Do you test languages?

Yes, as a stage of its own – Armenian, Russian and English, or another language by arrangement. We test written and spoken business language, not certificates.

How confidential is the search?

What we learn about the company, the job and the requirements stays inside the agency. For a senior assistant that matters. The search itself is often something a company would rather not advertise.
