About us
Renta Staffing Agency has placed household and office staff in Yerevan and across Armenia since 2017. In that time we have helped hundreds of families find someone they can rely on.
We take the whole process off your hands. We listen to what the household needs, search, check documents, call previous employers, arrange the interviews and stay with you through the first weeks. You choose the person. That is the only part we leave to you.
Most of our work comes from families passing our name to their friends. Nothing tells us more clearly how we are doing.

One payment, made when the agreement is signed
Our fee is a share of the employee’s monthly salary. The salary itself depends on the market rate and on what you are asking for; we will give you a range at the first consultation.

What we guarantee
Every candidate is checked
Passport, health certificate, criminal record certificate, calls to previous employers. Carers must also hold a nursing qualification.
A written agreement
The schedule, the duties, overtime and how payment works are all written down. Nothing rests on a conversation.
A replacement at no extra cost
If the person is not right for you, falls ill or leaves, we find someone else. Up to three times while the agreement runs.
We work across Armenia
We know the local labour market, we know what families here expect, and we choose people who will settle in your home rather than pass through it.
